NOTE: The WP facebook page is for community connection. 

During the onboarding phase of our HOA board we will only address egregious issues until an owners meeting can be scheduled.  Most every household probably has some small issue not in compliance.  We think it is only fair to wait until our first owner meeting to provide time to  prepare for the most unified community direction.

The business of the Winchester Park HOA is managed by the HOA Board of Directors.  The Board handles compliance, vendor management and HOA dues collection/accounting.  Here is some important information:

1. If you need to get set up send your Name(s), Preferred Email Address(es) and Home Address, and phone number(s) to: contact@winchesterparkhoa.org

2. You will receive a response within 72 hours with a link to set up an account in your portal.

3. Once you have set up your online account you can pay once the invoice has been created by the HOA.  The deadline for HOA dues is January 31.

NOTE: a mailed statement will be sent 45 days prior to the January 31 deadline.
